I go to this Autobell every time that I visit Asheville. The last time I used them, my friend got in my car and commented about what a great job they did. She even took her vehicle there before leaving town. As I said, I go here EVERY time I go to Asheville.

This was pitiful... and look what I paid!!! $39. 58.. and stupid me, gave the guy a 5.00 tip, before I looked. They just left me so I picked up the vacuum hose and did my passenger side. My floor mats were put back in my truck wet. Did not wipe down the dash nor any of the console... and I moved all items so nothing was in the way ... Didn't wipe my mirrors nor windows. I was so disappointed. Never Again!!

I paid for interior cleaning but they did not clean everything. A lot of debris were left behind. They vacuumed really fast and do not clean well. They just want to take your money and quickly finish your car and do not deliver the service you paid for. I went there many times to see if maybe they would do better next time, but they’re still providing the same poor service. They’re definitely loosing many customers to their competitors as we can see below other bad reviews they’re getting. Don’t go there. Go somewhere else!

I had an overall positive experience here! If you’re expecting a super deep clean, go to a professional detailer. However, they did a quick and efficient job on my car, only missing some minor dirt/details that I didn’t care much about. They removed a lot of mud from my interior from skiing (paid five dollars extra), which was my main goal. Vacuuming was decent, leaving some minor dirt in the trunk and a few stray dog hairs but again - for the price paid and quickness it was well enough done. Car wash left the exterior looking nice and shiny. Service was friendly!
