This place is a god send. I’m furnishing a short term rental from out of state. I started looking around the High Country area and came across Extra space storage. Once I was routed to their location in Hickory, I knew that I was in good hands. Myra helped me choose the right unit and her and Ashley helped me stay on top of my deliveries. The provided updates over the phone and sent pictures of my unit. When I ran out of space, they quickly helped me setup a new unit. I did all of this remotely, from another state. These ladies are wonderful. They go above and beyond for their customers. Look no further!!!!

When we downsized we needed a place to store some things until we got organized at the new house. Extra space Storage is a very clean and safe place to store your belongings. Staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend them.
