I have used this storage unit for 5+ years and have only had GREAT experiences. Ashley is awesome and goes above and beyond with a smile on her face to help!! She even brought out two balls for my 2 years old to play with while we waited! Definitely recommend!!!!

Yesterday like many other days, me and several other customers came a few times and waited for someone to open the office so we could pay our storage. We made a list of everyone who came. The sign kept changing from early in the day until it said open at 4 pm then 430 pm. The last time i waited from 320 pm until 555 pm and noone ever came. Noone wanted to pay online. My banks wont let me make a payment online. They dont like something because they turn it down so i make sure i go in person and pay and get a receipt. If we are late I am sure that public storage will not hesitate to charge us late fees. How can we pay when noone shows up?This is a sorry business. If help is not reliable the management needs to come in and take payments at minimum. Noone wants to leave a check or cash. We want to pay in person. We waste so much gas trying to pay a bill. It is hot outside. And running back and forth is hard when you dont live near.

I went in to clean out a locker unit with my aunt last week, there’s a lady ASHLEY SOOTS that works in the office. Ashley was the sweetest &most Genuine lady. She is So Respectful and helped me carry some boxes 📦 one had fallen I had my hands full I’m Thankful she’s here incase my aunt Dorothy comes back & im not with her , I know that sweet tiny lil Ashley Soots will take care of her…
