My boyfriend and I went in yesterday and ordered two subs and when we got home the bread was stale. Tried calling before driving back to let them know we had an issue and no one answered. So we drive back to ask for a refund and we were told they do not do refunds they only do replacements. So the manager has more bread out to make us replacement subs and when I ask for mine to be toasted she refuses to toast it for me....says I am not toasting it because that's probably what made you "think"that the bread tasted stale and she refused to toast a sandwich that I paid for. Very rude! Extremely terrible customer service forfor

Worst ever! First of all my sandwich that I order online was STUFFED in a paper bag. They did not even take the time to wrap it in the sandwich paper! My sandwich look like the sandwich maker was mad at the world because my sandwich was gooey more Baja sauce than sandwich,smashed bread and i could not make out what I order. I will never order from this store or the others! Thank you for wasting my money!!!

If they would put the sweet onion oil and vinegar on top of the finished sandwich it would had been better. And their high school servers need to stop making fun of people who requested that they put their mustard and other oils on top. If they can't do a better job then that a write up just may do the trick.
