This is the only emergency clinic in all of East County that would see me for an emergency last Saturday. The receptionist was so kind and asked the doctor right away if she would have time to see me. Even though they had 3 other emergencies that day, she agreed to see my dog. I did have a bit if a wait but I wanted to be sure my dog was okay. Doctor was very thorough and examined my dog to let me know there were no broken bones. Charge was minimal in my opinion. I will definitely use them again.

They are super busy. The doctors and staff have been a pleasure to work with. I have been a difficult and high maintenance patients guardian. I am very happy with the service and their patience with me. Lessons learned : I needed to mark the area of concern on Cobi so when it's time to talk to the doctor it won't be time wasted trying to locate the area that I needed her to looked at.

Visited the hospital for the first time with my frenchie. The Dr was so sweet, explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable of the breed. Very happy with the service. Front desk was so friendly. I don't normally like reviews but I was so happy with my service I had to say something.
