Always a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, very prompt service, and they definitely know what they’re doing. Michael Fowler

I worked at this clinic for over a year and the staff is phenomenal, both providers are amazing. Great environment and they truly do care about your health.

The care I received here and the drs and nurses were good, but I’d recommend to proceed with caution even if they’re in network for your insurance. I got tested for a sinus infection and got billed by the lab company nearly $1,000.00 because the insurance says the test wasn’t medically necessary. Now I get that insurance can be a pain, but all the paperwork I have from them says it’s the providers job to let you know if the insurance may not cover something and they need to have you sign papers before receiving care. They verified on the phone today that they have no paperwork of the sort that I’ve signed. When I called the office I was told they couldn’t possibly know and that it’s my job to call insurance about every test and treatment and procedure they do before getting it. I’ve never had any office tell me anything of the sort before. And if that’s your policy, you should make it VERY clear since that isn’t standard. They also didn’t give me enough information about the testing being done for me to call. If you’re going to go here, just assume the dr doesn’t have your back about insurance and get ALL the info about what treatments and tests will be done before they’re done. Then call your insurance before you allow the drs and nurses to treat you. It may feel like a pain in the butt for you and them, but it’s the way they expect you to avoid paying the cost of rent for a sinus infection test.

Questions & Answers

How can the nurse practitioner make decisions about your life and can cause you to lose a job because she apparently(bad bedside manner when i seen her) hates her job? Does she think she is God and knows everything about a person?

I’ve been seeing the same person there for over a year, there’s never been a problem with bedside manner & they’re actually very caring

How come you cant get nurse practioner to return your call? It's the nurse which does not make a difference.

Because the NP tells the RN/LPN what to tell the patient , so the NP can keep seeing patients.
