This is not a place for your love one’s, I’m not going to get into specifics right now…but I’m very saddened that my love is no longer with our (Family) due to the Incompetency and the neglect of this facility. Actually they deserve no stars…but instead, be investigated to the fullest by the State of Tennessee.

Great facility! The staff work their hardest to make sure the residents are taken care of. It’s amazing to see such long serving employees in the building.
