Vulone The Insane

I am rating this place a 1 star not because of the service (which was excellent) but because of the management. I come here fairly often in the morning before I go to work and they always have full staff. But when I come in the evening they are so understaffed and overworked it’s embarrassing. I was in for lunch today and I watched the shift leader running back and forth trying to keep food moving. He was talking to his crew and keeping them focused even though every single one of them was talking about walking out. Because he was working so hard and fast I watched him go to the fryer area he picked something up and burned his wrist bad enough that I could hear him yell from the pain. He went into the back and came out 2 minutes later with his wrist wrapped up, and continued making food. I talked to him after and got a job application. He told me they don’t have a manager at the moment and he was in charge of the store. What I don’t understand is how you can have a leader like Ethan and not give him the manager position. Whoever is making the schedule is absolutely screwing Ethan and the other shift leader at night because they are ALWAYS overworked and super busy but early morning they always have a lot of staff. Ethan is a trooper for you guys and you don’t appreciate him or his night crew at all and it’s disgraceful. I won’t be coming back for a while. I won’t give my money to a company that abuses its hardest workers like this company does

Coup De Grace

My husband and I came through last night, the shift leader (Evan I think) was so friendly and cheerful. He took our order and met us at the window. Even though the place was busy and he was the only one I saw up front he was in such a good mood and he was so polite. And even though it was busy we had our food quickly. He knows what he is doing and we could hear him directing the cooks on what was being ordered and guided them through one of our burgers that had some special requests. We have been coming to this carls junior since we moved here about a year ago and they have really been stepping up in the last week or so. Great improvements and making Evan a shift leader was an excellent decision. The young man really deserves it

Fast, hot and friendly. Food is better than Burger King and McDonald’s. Not as good as Burger Lounge though. Staff is always nice at this location and they are open late.

I'm a meaty burger guy. Carl, bless his heart ❤, has always come through. One of the better fast food burger chains. I love you Carl Jr., and Carl Senior for teaching you how to cook up a great burger!
