It's an alright place for seniors on a budget. Nice pool and laundry room. Residents are friendly and look out for each other. Pets welcome. Shopping within walking distance. El Cajon isn't as bad as I thought, tho it's too far from ocean breezes for me.

New ownership and management is a major step in the right direction, place has come a long way in the last few years! Mom has lived there 10+ years and is very happy. Yes they enforce rules, they have to in order to keep the riff raff out! Obviously some people dont like that, but you get what you sign up for, it's all in the HOA's! Good park for the area and convenient to everything you need!

It has nice people and a swimming pool . Plenrly of spaces available. And their are RV rental spaces available if you are just passing through. With gas and groceries rt across the street.

My mother and I just moved in and so far we love it. The carpet could've been better with the smell of dog or cat, however, we have faith in management that they'll clean the carpet properly for us. Other than that along with minor items that need to be repaired/replaced we love it. One of our highlights is the neighborhood is very quiet which is the way we love it; that was a must for us because we are very quiet and peaceful people. Also, the manager seems to be on top of everything here (MOST IMPORTANT)as I stated before we are very pleased. Another highlight is the community is surrounded by stores, banks, restaurants etc.. that was a must for us as well. If something changes our view we'll do a review but I doubt we will ever have anything unpleasant to say. God bless.
