Not a safe community, my mom was staying with us for a few months and she was robbed of her wallet out of her car in the driveway. She accidentally left the car unlocked but she suffers from a brain injury and is forgetful. The park offered no assistance whatsoever despite having security cameras and paid security. On top of that, this month my electric bill has reached 300 dollars for a two bedroom two bathroom single wide mobile home. We are billed through the park and I don’t trust them to bill us correctly. I live with my brother and he works 7 days a week and is barley home. I also work full time and I’m barley home. Something is not adding up…

We visited friends. We were amazed how cute this place is. Most of the trailers are well maintained and in good shape. Parking can be tricky (come on, it’s Caifornia!) but we were able to park outside the community
