I lived here from 1975 to 1985. It does seem to have gone downhill considerably. Drove by there last month and it looks worse than when I left. Lots of great memories. Magnolia Elementary is where I did 1st to 6th grade. Near freeway access. Good location for commuting. I hear the rent is crazy.

The manager thinks she’s god or something. Very hostile and rude if you ask me, living here almost feels like a prison. Kids aren’t allowed to do basic kid stuff because she has very old rules in place that make it very hard for the children to have fun.
