This is my first time opening a business in San Diego Chula Vista. The people in the building/planning, finance dept were very helpful with my submittals. They explained options, possibilities, outcomes, etc. They were engaged in my business concept and were very supportive. Daniel and Beverly even reached out to check if I had reviewed the plans (which I had) I requested a month earlier. No city does that. Their service is very much appreciated. Thank you.

They are always nice, friendly and EFFICIENT. It is still burocracy, but this way it feels less tedious.

Worst building department ever. Who ever runs this place should be reevaluated. So inefficient, lacking, and disorganized. I'd prolly have better luck in tj.
