The workers do NOT communicate at all. Never return phone calls and now they lowered our benefits "because we didn't submit it on time". I turn everything I need to when I need to. Then we I do call I keep getting transferred around and waiting more & more. "If you are not yet receiving full benefit amount you will receive them due to COVID". .......... nothing!

Why does the benefits packet ask if you can help assist someone in the interview process(authorized representative) and then during the interview the worker is rude and says they will get “the form”, never does and then asks you to leave? Are the workers aware of what’s written on their own packets or just to lazy to fill out more forms? Regardless, message to supervisor, if your understaffed it’s understandable just respect individuals request from what’s written on your own forms.

Child Protective Services does not offer an inviting environment especially when dealing with people whom just suffer traumatic experiences

We have room mate who move in brought bed bugs into the home and refused to take the steps to fumigate or control the situation which puts others in harm's way What can we do

Before your roommate moved in you should have had the unit check by a reliable pest control company. You can not make this person pay because you have no proof the roommate brought them in. Bed bugs can be brought in on shopping bags suitcases ect. They are hitch hikers. You could have brought them in. As a community manager we have been through this.
