Absolutely NO customer service! They have this same nasty old guy manage for years and when we used to eat inside, he'd be hiding out in the office and never deal with complaints. Tonight I placed a to-do order. My husband got home and items were missing that we had paid for as indicated on the receipt. I immediately called & got the nasty old man. I told him we had missing items that we paid for. His response was "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" In a rude tone! He continued to talk rudely to me so I handed the phone to my husband to deal with him. No excuse for this lack of customer service!

I am in shock! I just got the smallest chicken legs I have ever seen! Teeny. And not fried right! Maybe they were pigeon? What a rip-off. Headed to BoJangles.

The order was messed up. I ordered extra crispy and got original. The coating doesn't even taste like KFC chicken coating at all. I ordered honey sauce and got ketchup! The gravy doesn't taste right. The Cole slaw is very strong tasting of onion like it has been sitting for a couple of days. Not fresh. Never going to order from there again.

I arrived at 5:45 pm. I was told the bar didn't end till 8:00 pm. When I went to get my food, their wasn't any chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits, sweet potatoes, etc. Just empty pans. I let the staff know and they filled up the mashed potatoes and added 4 biscuits. Never once was the chicken pans filled up. It only contained wings which I didn't want. There was a young girl who was shouting at another employee telling them not to do anything but handle the drive through and to ignore everything else because they were having a rush. The bar was not only lacking food but it was dirty.
