Very rude at the first window. Snatched my card from me and then threw it back at me. You have definitely lost Seven customers. Just a suggestion, if you do not like your job find another one. The young lady at the second window was great.

The most disorganized Wendy's I have ever been to. I have been by there in late afternoon and it was closed. The drive-thru lines are outrageous. Some days the lobby is open, some days it isn't. I asked why the lobby is closed and the employee at the drive thru LIED TO MY FACE. "Covid restrictions". I know this is a lie because the Wendy's LITERALLY 2 miles away (955 E Main Street) has an open lobby. I asked there and they said there is no reason why the lobby at the other location would be closed. Wendy's is in SERIOUS need of new management. Save your time and aggravation and just drive 2 miles to the other location. The location near Walmart is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR THE WAIT.
