We checked in went to dinner came back and parking lot was full of cops. They advised us not to stay there. We left checked into another hotel. I have been trying to call front desk for 3 days and they will not answer I have two pending credit card transactions on my account and we were only booked for one night

Poor service nasty rooms had to fight 2 floozys first 2 days there for sending my husband little notes they kicked me out for it me and my husband are currently homeless due to house fire one girl keeps sending them to the room telling them I'm in the room and I'm not they have beat his door down 3 separate times lookin for e only to find I'm not there I didn't wanna be there no way there's old food under the beds roach's on the walls etc .. people in their line of business needs to have better people skills

As soon as I arrived I asked if they could do an early check in. The girl at the desk said if I gave her 40 minutes she could have a room cleaned and available. Sure enough I came back in 40 minutes and it was ready. The two women in the office were friendly and amazing. The beds are HEAVENLY AND COMFY. The room smelled nice and very clean. Shower pressure was awesome!!!!! I would only say that the rooms are dated. But even with that I still would give 10 STARS!!! VERY WELL KEPT!!!

Positive: The were two members of staff that were very very helpful. Negative: The office was closed at 7 pm when I arrived. No amount of calling, knocking on door brought anyone to the lobby to let me in. 2 dogs were guarding the locked lobby; after 30 minutes standing in the rain; a person that living there let me in.
