I limped in, wincing in pain. After a very thorough exam and adjustment, I was in much better shape. Excellent improvement. I am very happy and relieved to now have a treatment plan. Thank you!

The worst clinic ever!!! I canceled my membership last year to be charged again for no good reason. I tried reaching out and I was told pretty much that it's was not their problem that I was still in their system or maybe the person I turned my cancelation form to forget to put it in the system and now they are trying to provide services to compensate me for the money that was taking against my will. Avoid this please!

I had a great first appointment at this location. The doctor was knowledgeable about my condition and pointed out a problem that I was never told I had by other Chiropractor’s I’ve seen over the years. Looking forward to receiving future treatments with them.

The most ridiculous Mickey Mouse operation I have ever seen. If I could give zero stars, I would. For two+ weeks I have had an ongoing issue with receiving a refund for a charge to my account that was a result of an incompetent staff member giving me inaccurate information about my last available date for appointments after I cancelled my membership. I cancelled and was told I'd still have all of my allotted visits available until a certain date (a date which is listed on my copy of the official cancellation paperwork) per "the [computer] system". Yet, when I went in for an adjustment on a date one week prior to my last available date, I was charged $40 the next day for a single visit because "the system" showed that my last available date under my membership had passed. I have contacted this location several times and have received the runaround every single time. No one knows what to do, no managers work at this location apparently, so customer service issues essentially go unhandled. I finally received a call from a customer service representative last week who assured me that I would receive a full refund...hasn't happened, no return calls or follow ups, no records of notes of our conversation in the system or anything. In the midst of all of this, I reached out to corporate several times and when I finally received a call back I was told that corporate feels I had "an obligation to inquire more when checking in for a visit". Why would I have an obligation to inquire more when a The Joint staff member who handles front desk issues told me in person what my final date was based on what was reflected in "the system". Are employees and their words not to be trusted?? I have no access to this ridiculous computer system, there is no patient portal to view my account. If a staff member who is responsible for handling cancellations tells me my final date and fills that date out of the official cancellation paperwork, why would I need to inquire further when coming in for my remaining visits?? Corporate made it very clear that they do not intend on doing the right thing and refunding my money. Dealing with The Joint has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company. The complete lack of competency, honesty, communication and transparency has been frustrating and appalling--avoid them at all costs.
