As far as I can tell, this is the only place in town that understands the requirements of Canadian passport photos, and they've been super kind and supportive as I've had to figure out my way through the bureaucracy that is the Canadian passport system. Not only did they offer to re-take my pictures free of charge, staff had them ready in a couple of hours, even though it's normal to have to wait until the next day. Staff were kind, friendly, and supportive throughout this process, commiserating with me as I vented, and being thorough in their help. I can't say enough good things about Shutterbug's staff and their attention to detail.

I came in to have my Canon DSLR serviced, I was greeted right away by super friendly employees.
