Treated like an intruder and rushed out! Never again! A manager I was told. At 8pm yelling into the intercom... " We are closing at 10pm sharp tonight. That means I want you in line to check out at 945. No later." This happened ever 15 min. I felt unwanted in the store and rushed while having over an hour to check out. I was so uncomfortable I just left early. Walking to the exit I noticed that was not electronic. I ask (same rude manager) if there was another exit. Covid friendly electric... He abruptly said, we have never had electric doors and will not have electric doors. With a basket full he then says to me you can't take that basket. I noticed a huge pole on it! This is 1 block from sacks fifth avenue and a mile from my million dollar home. I piled the bags on my arms and shoulders holding the door open with a rug for several others who did not want to touch the door also. At the same time this very immature manager just stood there watching and saying " we are closing at 10pm..." the woman in front of me disgusted also spent 400$ and I spent 200$ and that is the LAST time I will ever go back! The check out woman attempted to apologize as she was embarrassed. This guy barked at her to while she was helping me, customer! This store has a jackass representing them. Update... A nice girl named Justice invited me back to the store. It took me 3 months but i finally revisited. As i walked in the girl waved and greeted me with excitment the called to the next person in line to come on up she is happy to help them. Her bubbles overflowed! I saw a suitcase i liked but it was locked and could not Tell if it had pockets or not and the girl saw me came over and grab this to your case watch it to the front and ask Another to unlock the suitcase and show me the inside. If she had not done that I would not have bought the suitcase but the suitcase but because she did and I could see it inside I purchased it. It's not for her I was not Have purchased the suitcase. I expressed how happy I was that she was working there and I loved to come back and then she told me she was actually leaving in a week. Oh well if I should make it back before she leaves I will shop again otherwise I think I will just shop somewhere else. One thing she expressed I had heard that there was some shoplifting going on in that shopping center and she expressed that if someone takes something she felt as if taking something from her, personally. Just when i thought it was safe to shop without being badgered. The good one leaves! Brunette petite in 20's huge smile. I return and was told new management. But the happy girl named Justice moved away. I was told. Oh well. Maybe I will go back in a couple months.

The woman who rang me up took a good long look at my face, then offered a senior discount. I am 53 years old and I have a few gray hairs. But I thought it was VERY rude of her to OFFER that type of a discount to someone who is obviously NOT a senior citizen. Maybe she is unclear what a SENIOR is, but she should wait for the CUSTOMER to ASK about it, NOT offer it to anyone she feels like insulting that day. Ross should not hire people with such poor people skills.

I enjoyed my visit here, granted i came in at 9pm after work, so my experience may have something to do with the timing. There were many many MANY great items for home decor as well as beauty and womens wear. I was looking for shoes specifically and the selection was very small. Smaller than any other Ross ive been too, idk if the time i came made a difference. What i did enjoy was the amount of people i the store was so small and they do limit the crowd numbers. Also in the entrance they had sanitizing wipes for the carts and hand sanitizer as well. I felt comfortable in my shopping time.im going to go back because they're decor was interesting And amazingly priced.
