I had to go back after picking my jeep up before, but they rectified the issue. For the the most past they are trust worthy, will try and find u coupons or discounts where needed. I will continue to use their services.

I have been going here for years and i have always had a good experience. That is until my most recent inspection. I realize I put them in a time crunch, but don't promise what you cannot deliver. First, they diagnosed an issue incorrectly and it wasn't until I said I just replaced the bulb did the realize - oops its the socket. Then the person comes later to tell me that the socket isn't available. You'll have to come back. Okay lets schedule the date - i. Want to get in before inspection expires, right. The guy was very aloof about my concern, but like I said I waited. Anyway, I couldn't bring the car back, so I needed to make arrangements for my daughter to bring it back. We agree on date and time - only an hour and she is out door in plenty of time to get to work. After about an hour, he tells me that they can't keep that commitment. Of course I have to be more understanding of the situation. I get my daughter to agree to a different date and time. Again, 1 hour and she is out the door in plenty of time to get to work. Her appointment is at 9 am, she arrived at 8:47. No one at the counter. They finally check her in at 8:56 am. Then he tells her the car won't be ready until after 11 am, despite the work order indicating 10 am. The car wasn't ready until 11:44. Worse experience I have ever had. Incidentally, i was there for 3 1/2 hours the first day. Shenanigans!!

Always great customer service with a smile and friendly conversation! And some great auto care tip's! Albert showed me there was a dent in the rim and repaired it for me and Jonathan was nice and explained that my coolant was low and showed me howto check it. A big thank you to these two guy's for excellent customer service!!!
