Terribly slow. Actually ridiculously slow. Was there at 12 as I scheduled an appointment for. At 2 o’clock my vehicle still had not been taken in for the tires. I watched them screw around changing oil on a truck for an hour and 15 mins. The majority of that time The three techs working stood by the door watching traffic and talking. When I asked Ricky what was taking so long he said oh we have to finish these two first. Well to finish them you have to work on them. They lost a 1200 dollar invoice today as I took my vehicle and left. I guess the days of quick service tire shops are gone. We will not come back to Mavis again

Had an oil change done there today.they charge me less than quoted and Ricky really gave great customer service. The computers crashed when we were there and he had a long line of customers and still handled the situation calmly and he was very polite to each and every customer! I will definitely go back again!

Best mechanic shop ive been to for a while. All the employees are super professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. They fixed my car for half the price that Jiffy Lube offered me, Plus they dont rip you off like most auto shops where they tell you somethings wrong just to get your money. Would definitely recommend!

I work crazy hours with no spare time. My inspection had expired and started making calls as I had after 3 on a Friday with some time. These guys were my 3rd stop. Got me in, needed brakes (not their fault so can’t hold that against them). Tahir, Kobe, Shane and Ricky were friendly and professional. Clean environment and fair prices. Highly recommend. I don’t normally do reviews but these guys deserve it. Thank you
