I had a serious emergency on the road with my vehicle. I needed my transmission topped off but couldn't do it myself because my car is a 2014 Jeep patriot. I littlerally didn't have the tools to get to the transmission. I called here hoping they could just top it off so I could finish my two hour drive home. Since, they should have all the tools and oil needed. I knew it was almost out because I could smell it. They Lady on the phone was polite but I was kind of shocked after I had said the word "emergency" and "transmission cvt" that she just kind of brushed it off and said that i should try another dealership. Except this was the closest one to me within 30 i could make it too. It was shocking to me especially since the only way to get a jeep patriot properly handled was to go to a dealer. That's how they designed the vehicle. Luckily there was another mechanic in the town I was stranded in that could help me out. Really shocked this dealership would rather leave someone stranded over just a transmission top off. Maybe the mechanics are good but their customer service could use some tweaking. Atleast they were polite, though.

My new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon was having some issues and I asked around where to take it. A number of people told me about their positive experience with Wilsonville Jeep Ram dealership. Their staff was very helpful, they got right on the issue, and more important than that the listened to my concerns. Their service was thorough, and the repair was quick (In a world that getting parts is anything but quick…) I am very satisfied with the service I received, and I will be using them again and again for my Jeep’s service needs as well as a possible new car in the future. We had a fantastic experience with Wilsonville Jeep RAM! We found a vehicle online that we wanted to purchase and they allowed us to put down a small deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle since we weren't able to get to the dealership for a few days. We went to finalize the purchase and pickup the vehicle on a Saturday morning and were able to view, test drive, finance, purchase, and leave with the vehicle in less than 2 hours. Alex and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and upfront. We would absolutely use this dealership in the future!

They met my expectations. Rental car was provided and work completed. When I picked up my car there was a small surface scratch that I was upset about and they immediately got the detail shop to fix it. What I thought what was going to be a bad experience turned into complete customer satisfaction. Great job!
