Visited on 08/04/22. I arrive around 530 pm. I knew exactly what I wanted and checked the availability online. They had 1 left. I entered the store very few customers. The staff was with a few customers. I stood at the display at the item I wanted (DJI pocket 2 creator package). I had 4 staff by past me and not one asked if I needed help. Finally I saw a staff member putting up displays and asked him for help. I went 6 minutes before I had to find someone to help. I saw the others who past me approach other customers and ask them. The staff member who was helping me I should him the item in my phone of what I wanted. He had to go get a key and a phone to see if they still had the item left. We went to the locked cage area and he pulled out the carton with the pocket 2 in it. I asked if that was the creator package one. His reply was well I think so because it's the only one I see in there. He then took it up to the counter while I picked out a micro SD card. I get to check out and when the cashier rang up the item it was not what I wanted..it was just the based model. I told him and showed him what I was wanting. He then went and found the right one. I appreciate the cashier who did his job right but the floor staff that is to help or assistance is lacking customer service. I never had this problem with the Cascade station. My recommendation is not to shop at that best buy if you can help it. Need better customer service training.

This is my go to Best Buy when ever i need to go into a store to purchase something or ask for help or in need of geek squad. I think the staff are trained well and keep the store in good condition and very helpful when needed. I bought my washer and dryer and refrigerator her from Augistan. he later switched to Magnolia department i still go to him for his help wonderful customer service.

Very difficult to track down an actual employee and/or someone for the department that you need help in, but when you do finally get to talk to someone they're usually always knowledgeable and friendly. They should have a better selection of USB drives - only carry two different brands - that was surprising since they're mostly an electronics store.

I've worked with the Magnolia store several times over the years and they've all done a good job for both my home and business purchases. The recommendations have been on point and prices have been much better than several of there "theater" installers around town. The install with Best Buy is not really any different than the other installers. Overall been a great experience.

Call and push number 4 or 5 for Geek Squad or Appliances, to be connected with someone. Ask them to transfer you to the mobile department. The direct number isn't listed. If you get transferred to a call center, they can also help.
Yes, the geek squad is there and ready to help you. I don't believe you need to make a reservation. I am pretty sure Walks-ins are welcomed.
Yes, that would be best. If you're using windows 10 64 bit OS, I'd suggest checking out some of the advanced monitor and display settings to see if something is aloof.
Unfortunately not, Best Buy and Geek Squad do not have consumer friendly policies in mind when it comes to scheduled services.
They do have a military discount. They asked me if I were "military" the other day.
Limiting number shoppers in store. Must wear face covering at all times.
They had a line last Sunday. They can operate at 75% capacity. I don't know how they are doing that.
Any of the latest models work. You can see them on Roku's website.
Yes, if it within the return period or exchange period
Good question no clue srry.... I've always tired the phone number
I honestly don't know if best buy does or not
I think they do online
Josh Pressler is the Store Manager. Complaints to 1-800-bestbuy... inquire there with his name. I believe they only have personal phone numbers.
Yes they will charge you.
Sonos is my number choice, you can connect your entire house easily and seamlessly.
I DON'T work their,and I don't know any way,I don't golf.
They had recycle bins for small electronics last time I was there but I am not aware of any recycling services for larger electronics (bigger than the bins). I would suggest calling the store to be sure. If they don't take TVs, try using the online Oregon E-cycles search to find a Oregon E-Cycles collection site near you. Their site lists taking the following items: "Oregon E-Cycles collection sites provide FREE recycling of computers, monitors, printers, televisions and peripherals (keyboards and mice) to anyone bringing seven or fewer items for recycling at one time." Oregon E-Cycles is a program by the Department of Enviromental Quality (DEQ). Of course, see the offical site for accurate information and further details.
What i was able to find out online was: "Standard shipping orders are shipped by UPS, UPS Mail Innovations or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited or Express orders are shipped by UPS. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which carrier was used for your products." If you need to know your exact shipping method, give then a call.
It routes to Best Buy's phone hub
A lot of times I see those open boxes with 3rd party chargers so I would check your block and make sure it's the correct volt and amp for your device.
No. The cost to repair a flat screen TV is almost always more expensive than just buying a new one. You can get a lower end 50 inch 4K TV starting at about $300 now on sale.
