On August 29 around 7:00 me my husband and my 2 year old stopped by this store to get information about car parts, as soon as we walked in the guy behind the counter picked up the phone and started talking instead of helping us. We waited around for 10 to 15 minutes without being greeted or anything. The guy saw us waiting pacitently and still ignored us and didn't call anyone out to help us. I am very disappointed because I was coming in to spend money and could not get any help. I will not be going back to this store for any future purchases. I will spend my money where people have better customer service.
