I love this place, and as someone who is from Louisiana, I can tell you that this is the closest I've found to anything resembling good boiled seafood. I've had others that were okay, but this food is more than good, especially if you sit down to eat. Getting the food to go, particularly shrimp, might mean that you end up with overcooked shrimp since it'll cook in the bag -- but that can't be helped.

Thought this would be a fresh and tasty treat close to home/ as well as less expensive than a formal dining. WRONG!! on all counts! I looked to forward to fresh crabthat cracked open- but got a few soggy, bendy small legs of king crab - tossed on the table in a baggie like garbage. I had to argue and beg to get lemon and was told they were using limes instead because lemons were too expensive!? For $79/lb I got previously frozen adolescent crab legs- when I finally scraped out all the meat there was, I could have held it in my palm. It was flavorless and gritty- YUCK🤢 Our bill was $135 (plus tip) for a few soggy legs and some fried oysters. Totally overpriced for the service and quality!🤯 (Not to mention the upset stomach that I endured later🤮
