My girlfriend was harassed by a member by the name of Dave, the trainer named John was the one to “handle” the situation and practically dismissed it because the two workers who were there when it happened no longer worked there. He called the harasser Dave “quirky” and said his hands are tied because he was a long time member. His money is clearly worth more than 2 other members. We won’t be returning and I recommend younger woman should steer clean of this establishment. I’ve watched this happen far more times than Id like to say. The Y is cheaper and just as good. Save your money and choose a more comfortable environment.

I have belonged to quite a few different gyms over the years, mostly due to not finding what I particularly need. Without name dropping there are gyms out there that have more treadmills/machines than free weights, kettlebells, ropes, sleds, the works. The real things that I need for a workout to be effective over time. Im not saying machines are all bad, as i utilize them on rare occasions. But gyms need to realize if they want members from a wide group, they have to cater to what each fitness type needs. With all that being said this is one of the better gyms I have belonged too. They have plenty of classes, personal training is amazing, they are always getting new equipment and their staff is very friendly and helpful. This is also the cleanest gym I’ve ever set foot In. Even while you are there you can see multiple people cleaning areas.

Elevate Fitness operates using predatory business practices in terms of their billing procedures. They say they care about their customers, but their actions indicate otherwise. When you call for manager, they are always busy. If you do get a return call, it is way past the acceptable 24 hr. call back. All questions regarding billing discrepancies are met with a. “our billing agency cannot issue refunds,” or b. “you should have read the fine print.” Both are excuses and/ or tone deaf. Neither are acceptable solutions for a company that claims to care about the people they serve and the feedback they give. What do I mean by predatory? Maybe a month-to-month member who joins, pays the annual fee, but decides not to stay. Result: they’re out the full annual fee. Why not break that fee up and include it into the monthly membership cost? If a member stays, the gym still receives the same annual fee amount just broken up over the span of 12 months. Oh, and the requirement for 30 days’ notice when you cancel your membership. If someone wants to cancel, just let them and stop billing them. Period. Don’t be the company that goes for a cash grab – be the company that knows how to listen to feedback and operates honestly and with transparency. Need more feedback? Check your other reviews regarding these same issues instead of acting like it’s the first time you’ve heard it.

Grateful to have a gym that takes the health of the staff and members seriously. The owner works out alongside with you. This is no run-of-the-mill “investment “ for some distant owner. These guys care. The machines are always working, the place is immaculate and the trainers awesome; especially the head man David Cruz.

Hi Colin - while technically this depends on your membership type, the general answer is yes. Simply contact your home gym and we'll place a hold (probably a freeze, depending on your membership type) on your membership while you're away!
You should check it out in person they have good deals
Hi RedBear! Sadly, it's not. With school schedules being crazy, work schedules being crazy and capacity being limited, it's impossible for us to accurately forecast usage and staff and plan accordingly, so it's just become cost-prohibitive for us in a post Covid-19 world.
Streaming and on-demand workouts will be available on computers later this week (if all goes according to plan) so if you have a way to cast from a mobile device or computer, you can definitely cast it. Easiest option is to use Apple TV because you can download the Elevate app and then sign in and use it on your tv. But ChromeCast should work pretty easily as well!
7 am until noon. No Kids Club or regular group fitness classes.
This gym always has problems. Glad I don't go there anymore.
