This place was a good store. Now ive been in there 3 times last month looking for parts people stand behind counter watching. Seldom do they ask can i help you. Stand there watching leaning on counter.i live 4 blocks away but I'll drive to advance store from now on

After 2 stops and 2 different auto parts stores, I landed at O'Reilly's in Vinton. I asked a young fellow named Zachary behind the counter for help finding an oil filter that NO ONE could cross reference, or, if they could: "we wouldn't know it" was one comment from the Zone. Zachary instantly told me he had 22 of them, yeah!... I asked him for two. Then he lead me to a great price on oil to match my filter. We shared a story or two since we both had quite a trying day, I shook his hand and left pleased. Finally, someone that knew what they were doing and was helpful in many ways. Thank you Zachary and O'Reilly's for being there today.

I've never had a bad experience when going here. Customer service has always been helpful and never condescending. I even had to leave my car over night once and it wasn't an issue.
