All surfaces are sanitized with an Echo lab peroxide multi surface cleaner and disinfectant After a customer leaves. They are then sanitized again with a food grade multi Quat echolab sanitizing solution. Pens and credit cards are sanitized with Lysol or Clorox wipes before being returned to customers. But perhaps the most exciting precaution is the installation of the I Wave-S series air scrubbers in our heating and cooling system. iWave uses patented technology, called needle-point bi-polar ionization, to create equal amounts of positive and negative ions. When these ions are injected into the air stream, they break down passing pollutants, pathogens such as viruses and bacteria and gases into harmless compounds like oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor Finally we are at long last very close to completing a wide open outdoor heated venue.
