Nice tanning Salon, Only issue is for couple weeks there hasn't been any five star beds working or available & very few four star beds which I think if you have paid to be able to tan in those beds & they aren't available you should be given some type of discount! I paid for that & was unable to hardly use those beds the entire month & when I was due for my payment those beds still weren't available top that off because those beds aren't available it makes the wait to tan much longer sometimes I have had to wait 30mins to tan in a low level bed or if I did get that opportunity to tan in a 4star bed bulbs would be out or something would be broken which I think is a problem when as a customer your paying for service that they are unable to offer all month long that's a BIG PROBLEM! You cannot charge people for services that affect available for a month or longer not just one or two days & bulbs being out effects how well your beds work so that should also be discounted if we get into a bed that's got multiple bulbs out not just one bulb multiple!!! Other than that I never had any issues I loved tanning there!! The electric beach by Gabe's they always had bulbs out that's why I changed to river walk and then they didn't have beds or bulbs 🙄

Staff was great,beds has new bulbs. However $50 for 2 visits??? Cmon guys that's a bit much. Don't you think ???

I was charged a $10 non-payment fee and told my card couldn't cover the membership fee. I was told I couldn't tan unless I paid it. I insisted that they had something wrong but was turned away without them looking into it and told to call my bank. I called my bank and found out that the employee put my credit card expiration date in wrong. I called the owner the next morning and she was very rude and said I was "lucky that she even took the fees off" and she "could've left them on my account" when I told her that I wanted the extra day I lost or a higher level bed the next time I came in because I had to have someone watch my kids the day before plus the time I wasted driving there and back for nothing. Finally she begrudgingly gave me 10 extra points, I laughed and said "fine bye" And she just hung up on me! Horrible customer service by the OWNER, Kristy at this place, I am appalled at how this situation was handled and how I was treated. I will not be continuing my membership here for sure! Better off paying $19.99/ month at Planet fitness to work out AND tan! Don't waste your time or money at this business!

Monthly tanning is the most practical way to go... Individual sessions can be costly.
They do! You can sign up for text alerts and you'll get the tshirt when they have sales on lotions, and tanning session
