I appreciate that staff are wearing masks. Although the donuts are tasty, the jelly filled ones are scantily filled. Maybe 1 in 3 bites include filling. I don't recommend buying donuts without one of their many coupons as they can be pricey at regular price. Staff are speedy.

The doughnuts at this shop are typically very good, fresh and delicious. We had a bad experience today, though. Our filled doughnuts were very stale, as was the attitude of the young woman who took our order. She was a 9 on a 10-point rudeness scale. When I politely asked if I could have two fresh doughnuts to replace the ones I just bought, she didn’t say a word, took one of my doughnuts, and performed a “pinch test,” tearing off pieces and squishing them between her fingers. What was she going to do if she didn’t agree with me, hand me back the torn up doughnut?! She grunted at me and disappeared in the production area to get replacement doughnuts. She handed me the bag, saying nothing. I thanked her several times and she ignored me. The replacement doughnuts were hard as rocks, too 👎

These employees are cool af, been coming here lately to grab a morning iced latte. Always get whipped cream and espresso. It's always really good plus their donuts are obviously fire. Keep it real yall
