I visited this store for the first time today, but I can safely say that I will never go there again. I liked their inventory and I thought their prices were reasonable. The service I received, however, was horrible. The young girl at the register was extremely rude. She seemed to get so upset because I said that I prefer not to give my phone number for a discount on a future purchase, and completed the transaction in such a rude and unfriendly way, that I actually felt hurt and insulted. Never again.

I bought a pair of boots here for $90. Wore them once and they fell apart! I went back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do by Bri (the manager) bc they were worn. So I was sold a pair of boots, that I wore for 3 hours, that fell apart and they did nothing! Horrible customer service and cheap quality shoes!

I always buy shoes at DSW, but I came to this store for a shoe donation event in August. I donated my shoes and staff was told that the points were credited, but when I got home and checked on the computer, there were no points. It was very disappointing and I don't want to participate in any events in this store. I hope that you will earn points when you participate in events that offer points.

9/2020 First time in this DSW. Found the shoes I needed and in the size I wanted. Price was good. So it was a successful shopping experience here.
