MOD Pizza

I’m not posting this to sound like a Karen but because I felt so uncomfortable being in this MOD. Anything I asked for I received an eye roll or dirty look along with it. I work in the food industry, I’m a waitress, so I fully understand how it can be annoying when customers ask for specific things. I also used to work at a line style restaurant as well. But I asked for extra cheese, or a to go box, literally just saying mushrooms please while going down the line was met with a dirty look. It was very uncomfortable being somewhere where the workers were so unfriendly, and disappointing. When I paid I ordered a soda and wasn’t given a cup, and got a dirty look when I asked for it too. I hope that the employees can be trained a bit more on their customer service skills.

Great food. Made fresh and huge selection of ingredients to make your own. Staff is always friendly. Fresh iced tea and lemonade.

Always good food at a mostly reasonable price. Great spot to bring kids. It's almost always super busy during prime dinner hours and the staff does their best to keep up with the orders. They definitely have enough people working, which is good to see Tonight, one of the staff members accidently put buffalo sauce on a pizza of mine. He immediately recognized it and ordered up a replacement pizza. He apologized and even walked it out to our table when it was done. In watching them work, I could definitely understand the mistake and he made it right. Thank you for the great service

This place is ok. Nothing spectacular in my opinion. Service could be improved as employees seem discouraged to go above and beyond even after they have been tipped. Their pizza is nice but a little overpriced for what you get. Their salads are mediocre at best.
