Mom was sent here to help her recover from covid-19. The social worker, Sarah was wonderful. Kept us updated to what was going on. The covid wing nurses were great. Couldn't have asked for better care in that wing. The other wing she was clear of covid-19 had very few good nurses. They totally made the last part of my mom's stay bad. I think it's a hit and miss if they are taken care of a loved one.

I am working on my Administrator in Training at Avalon Care Center-Northpointe and have had a positive experience so far. I have two weeks left and it is going to be very hard to leave. I have had the opportunity to shadow all of the managers and they are all amazing at what they do. They are professional and kind hearted people that do the best they can to provide each residents with the support and care that they need. On the weekends, I also had the opportunity to work with some nurses and staff on the floor. It is amazing to see some of the staff members take the time out of their hectic days to sit and get to know the residents here at Avalon. I would feel comfortable placing a loved one in the hands of this Avalon team!

I got good care as far as the nurses, sometimes late with pain meds but other than that they are great even the nurses aids are wonderful. The food wasn't great. I liked the social workers they were great. l love all the people here I have made a lot of new friendships. love visiting with the nurses and aids. The therapy team is great I love them.
