Nightmare with this Burger King! I received the wrong order and I tried to return it… the manager was Rude & Loud. She was saying that’s your order & I’m trying to explain “ no, I ordered something else with a large drink” she ( the manager) was not hearing it!! She would not replace the meal & drink. Worst customer service skills a Manager can have. I will never return here again!

Ordered iced coffees and they clearly forgot something in them because we order this all the time and it just didn’t taste right. We went back and nicely asked for them to be corrected and the manager decided to argue then help. She literally said that’s how we make it. Worst experience ever; like why be so rude ???? Went to another location and ordered the same items and they taste perfect.

I had a really bad experience on the Burger King on 16th Street and and Thomas. So I drove to the Nearest BK to get help & Noah and Jessika were so kind and they helped me get what I needed and they were very understanding of the whole situation and apologized to me even though it was not their store. They had made my day. Thanks for the encouragement!
