My favorite Whataburger to frequent in the Phoenix metro. 5 miles from my Phoenix based work location. The staff is very professional here from GM to cook and cashier. Food quality is ALWAYS good and CONSISTENT at this location. I have to stop here every time I come to Phoenix.

Gone to this location many times. First time, complainant. The manager here, so incompetent. Would think a manager would know how to redeem a receipt but, she was a little confused. I usually hand them the receipt to redeem, info is on receipt, she’s totally lost. Wouldn’t even gotten upset had she, not given me a little attitude. Not my fault that, you’re incompetent. Maybe that’s what Whataburger on 75th Ave & Palm Ln is aiming for. And sitting here eating my lunch, I can see what kind of shift she’s running. Especially the two running out the orders. They’re the laziest runners ever. 🙄 Do better.

I visited this hamburger joint in Phoenix, AZ. It is a Texas burger franchise. It is different options in burgers so it breaks the monotony of BurgerKing, McDonalds, Wendys and Jack in the box. I As I was in the restaurant, drug users from off the streets would walk inside and steal food right off the register counter.

Tried the Whataburger again on my trip to Phoenix this week. Service was very good, everyone working really hard getting orders out, price is in the neighborhood of all burger joints and facility was clean. To me this is a dry burger with no taste, if it weren't for the mustard there was no taste, fries were pretty good. Not something I will hurry back to eat.
