We unfortunately had to put our dear Kona fur baby to rest after 14 years of companionship. These people were kind, gentle and all over fantastic helping us through the difficult time. Speedy and fantastic service. It literally was the best we could have hoped for service wise. So compassionate and humane. Very personable staff who understood our pain. I was able to be with her the entire time. Thank you Animal emergency clinic.

40 minutes ago NEW My dog was scheduled for compassionate euthanasia at my vet's office this week but took a turn for the worse over the weekend. Went to another pet emergency first and was told the wait would be 6-8 hours in the lobby. Headed over to Pet Emergency Clinic and explained the situation. They put us in line right after another euthanasia. I don't think we waited more than 30 minutes, and the clinic's curbside policy was actually very soothing because we could keep our dog comfortable and relaxed in a known environment for almost the whole time. Once the process started, they were also very quick getting his catheter in and bringing us back to him, so he wasn't alone and nervous for very long--maybe 5 min. The staff were also willing to place his blanket and anti-anxiety toy with him in the room while he waited. The doctor was very kind and gentle, and the whole experience was the best I could have hoped for under the circumstances.

Highly RECOMMENDED!! My husband and I had took our best bud in for some problems with his throat. The vet took him in and evaluated him, unfortunately it was alot more severe then we expected with cancer and he was at his last stages. We had to make the decision to put him down unexpectedly. They were WONDERFUL & RESPECTFUL during the whole euthanization. Made not only us comfortable but our bud as well before his last moments. Telling him what a good boy he is and reassuring us that this was the right thing to do. Very affordable for a mom of 2 babies and two adults working minimum wage in this world. I can't thank them enough for what they have done. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their fur babies!!

Brought our male kitten in when he got bitten on his eye by a dog. We were terrified he’d need surgery or loose his eye. They were able to take him in immediately in the middle of the night. They did an exam and gave us medication to treat at home, he can see perfectly and has made a full recovery. We brought another of our cats in when she got suddenly worse late at night with some type of kidney issue and infection. Sadly our baby girl did not make it but they were there with her when we couldn’t be. The sudden loss hurts but we take great comfort in knowing they showed her love in her final moments as if she were their own. Thank you for being there for our girl and putting her needs first. It was all so sudden but I’m beyond grateful for their efforts. They have such loving hearts and great respect for animals. I feel extremely comfortable having my pets in their care (our male cat did charm them with his sweetness). Their pricing for an emergency vet is very very fair. They communicate great with our regular vet. They have fantastic ‘bedside’ manor with our pets and we love the level or care they show to our pets. This place is wonderful, I’m so thankful to have found such a wonderful clinic. Thank you guys so much for helping our family!

Questions & Answers

Do you have an email address? I would like to ask a couple of questions about a recent visit and care of a dog(awesome care, by the way :-) ) but I know you're super busy and I don't want to take any of your staff away from a pet in need. TY!

My 6 year old pom chi is having bouts of diarrhea and looks like there might be blood in the stool. What are the costs per visit?

The labwork nowadays for a fecal exam is likely going to be over a $100 anywhere, but I'd think the doctor would probably be able to give you a tentative diagnosis or two even without it based on the other symptoms. A fecal should be done every year anyway.
