Very very poor service. They rushed me through the entire time I was there. from the moment I entered. The lady doing my pedicure gave me a cut since she was too distracted attending phone calls of other clients and booking appointments. I had to choose a color 4 times since they kept telling me they dint have the colors I chose from the color card. The lady doing my nails cut me and did not bother wiping my bleeding finger. And did a horrible job on shaping the nails since I did not say yes to stiletto nails which she was trying to sell me for $5 more. Extremely horrible experience.

I was loyal to this place for years ( 5th grade to graduating high school) but I stopped coming after they switched owners, once that happened this place went downhill. Theres new people every time I go and the quality of work isn’t great anymore, it used to be so pleasant and friendly and now there just rushing you to get to the next person. They do not care about your nail or nail health. I came today with my mom who still come here, i wanted a pedi and she wanted her nails filled. I got my pedi and she got nothing, they took other people and skipped over my mom. They sat her in a pedi chair and ignored her completely. As i sat getting my pedi I couldn’t help but notice how there cleaning standers have fallen, and to top it off a woman doing nails infront of me with no shoes. I haven’t come here nin so long and now i wont be back.

I have been visiting this nail salon since I moved to Phoenix in 2016. I wasn’t happy at first because they did not get the ways I wanted my nails but eventually they did and I have been happy. Ms. Lisa and Amy are the best and after getting my husband to get his first pedicure in 2019, he’s also sold. Love this place
