Trying to be proactive a week prior to surgery, to find and rent a CPM machine.. Less than successful!! I was told they have one waiting for a technician to look at. Not sure if it works or not. Won't hold, must rent now if I want it.. Not going to happen.. So much for trying to support the local business... Spokane company will meet us at the Idaho hospital, day of surgery and deliver equipment... Guess who I am going with.....

We worked with Dan and he was extremely helpful in answering all questions and being patient and kind. He helped us understand what we needed in order to bill Medicare and worked with the doctors to ensure all of the proper paperwork was filled out. He was very kind in explaining how all of the equipment worked when we picked it up and helped us to load it in the car. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because twice I called and left messages with other staff members and didn’t receive a call back and/or the message never got to Dan, slowing up the process a bit. However, as soon as I called back it was addressed and fixed very quickly and I don’t hesitate in recommending this place to anyone!

Everyone was so helpful when my mom fell and needed a bed and a lift chair. They were compassionate and made sure she had everything within 24 hrs. Just be aware that they can't help you move anything to make room for the equipment.

If you want to rent a CPM you do need a Rx along with settings for frequency of motion and extension. Typically these will be delivered to you at the hospital post surgery so that your PT can work with you on settings etc so that you get maximum benefit. CPM's are a daily rental and typical rental is under 21 days.
