Placed my order at 7:59. I got at the store and checked it at 8:15 to wait and pick up order. At between 8:20-8:25 I saw 2 store employees walk out and start to leave the premises. Asked about the order and was told they canceled it because the store closes at 8 even though online ordering said they close at 10. We were not told or notified that order was canceled and no one had the curtesy to call us to let us know it was canceled so we drove all the way down there wasting gas and time for nothing. Not at all what I expected.

It was surprisingly nice here. We ordered online and chose to pick up our order, we waited a reasonable amount of time, I picked up inside, the staff was nice and helpful as well. I went out and ate in my vehicle with my family and we enjoyed the food immensely. We had the big dinner box with 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 sausage pizza, parmesan & garlic butter boneless wings, with the bread sticks which were crispy and delicious just like the pizza crust. This is my review of this location on this day, it could change with the next customer, to each his own in preferences. Have a great day.

Having an accurate wait time would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! I ordered my pizza at 7:24 pm, was told it will be ready at 7:39 pm, and I got my order at 8:58 pm. Granted I ordered on the app, there has to be some way for the store to say that they are swamped with orders. Also, don't lie about the wait time or where my order is in line. I walked in your store at 7:50 pm to see why it hasn't been brought out. The guy running the front said it was next to go in the oven. Yet I didn't get it for another hour, mind you I was told that it takes 15 minutes to complete my order based on my order time and time of completion from the app. And every time I would go in to check on my order (entered the store every 20 minutes to check) there were "2 or 3" orders before mine. Better communication between the store and the app please and thank you.

Every time I go in there the phones are ringing, and I rarely see anyone talking on one. I don't know know about an email, sorry.
