We recently had a quick lunch here. I had a couple fresh spring rolls with tofu. They were excellent, and quite large. I also had the coconut bubble tea. It's the best bubble tea in town (I've sampled many).

Same as most places. Wear the mask to the seat, they have the tables separated. The same general stuff everywhere is doing now that are open.
Yes, most of their dishes can be made with glutem free rice or noodles
I believe pho noodles are gluten free.
