Was disappointed recently when got my Walla Walla sweets. Was told 50 starts per pack. When got them was surprised as did not look like 50. Told a worker and she went in and talked to girl I bought from. Said she wasn't going to count them. I came home and planted them and there were 38 and 4 tiny ones. Can't help but wonder how many others think same as I did? Just their attitude was frustrating more than cost.

We have spent nearly $1000 here over the past couple of weeks, but will no longer support this local business. We went there two days in a row and dealt with the same unpleasant woman who acted as though we were bothering her with our questions both times! The first time, I thought maybe she was upset because as she was ringing us up, I asked one of the other staff members (Sue - who is wonderful) who we have been working closely with if I could pick her brain about a recommendation she had made. But when we returned the second day to purchase a single tree for $300, this woman's attitude was perhaps even nastier than the first encounter! To my understanding this woman is the owner and I have no intention of spending my money to support someone who cannot even be bothered to act as though they want my business. Perhaps if they don't want customers who have questions, they should be open only to landscaping companies and such and not be open to the general public. I will not be supporting this local business again. 2 stars only because Sue is fantastic! She is kind, patient, and knowledgable!

Purchased several fruit trees from here, and they all had damage and what looked to be glued injuries that we didn't originally notice. I really wish I had taken a closer look before we purchased them. We realized when we got home that there was a "non returnable" tag on each of our cherry trees, and wondered what that was all about. It wasn't until about a week later when all of the "glued" portions started falling down and opening up at the seams that we realized we were just duped big time. Definitely got taken by this company. Paid way too much for what we thought were nice trees, because we wanted one less year to wait for fruit... Ended up losing out on hundreds of dollars because all of those trees were garbage. Very sad that this happened. Will never shop here again.
