Today I came in trying to get some help with connectors for my RC car and Brandon was very helpful, he got me set up with the battery connector that I needed and gave me some great tips on how to solder in the bullet connectors I got for my motor. I have shopped here over the years and it has always been good but recently I have been very disappointed with the service and communication by this business. I recently purchased an Rc from here and was led to believe that the product was higher quality than it really was. I took the product home with high expectations and used it for less than 3 hours and was extremely disappointed. It was the complete opposite. When I returned to the business to return the product I explained my issues and they refused to return the product stating they had a no return policy. This “policy” is not stated on either the receipt or explained at time of purchase. I am very disappointed they would not correct a mistake made by their staff on selling a product using deception. I will not shop here I will drive out to Spokane to an establishment that will be up front with a product’s capabilities and quality.

Contact Paul the owner of In Control Hobbies he is very knowledgeable about the hobby. He does a lot of different things cars,trucks, airplanes, and helicopters that I know of. Best service around by far. I live 80 miles north of Spokane and I drive to post falls because of the customer service and prices.
Yes they do repairs
They do not sell used RC. But there are some Facebook pages that you can sell on. I may even be interested
I don't personally know, but they are very friendly. I would call them and ask because they could probably refer you to someone who does.
Devin, Yes we do. RC4WD, Hot Racing and Power Hobby accessories. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 11:00AM to 6:00PM and Sunday 12:00 noon to 5:00PM. Hope this helps..
I would think a in store credit or exchange is acceptable. Bring your recipt if possible. Most other hobby shops will do this. Good luck.

Repair, and rebuilding is what they do. They're very good at what they do. I'm confident they can order the parts you may need & install them.

I have a typhoon H drone called them and they had nothing for it at all I was very disappointed so I went over to Spokane to HobbyTown USA and they had everything I needed and more
