Since I was a new client I had to fill out a lot of paperwork and I guess that’s standard operating procedure. Once it was done the staff was pleasant my test was negative and the doctor I spoke with was not only pleasant but shared perspective for an old guy. I really appreciated her kindness and willing to answer questions. Thank you very much for doing business with me.

I had a great experience with the clinic and made regular payments on my balance and then received Nasty message about paying the balance due immediately. I would also like people to know I changed my review as of today as a representative Kaylee reached out to apologize for the text as guess that is what the electronic message says. Think it could be worded a little differently, however I appreciate the call and the personnel and doctors were 👍

Very clean. Quick. Very nice nurse, she was efficient and helpful, but nice and friendly as well. The doctor was excellent, seemed very knowledgeable. He was attentive and friendly. The only reason I took off a star was the prices. A little high. Don't even think about becoming a regular patient, unless you have insurance. Wow! We will definitely go back as walk-ins.

I had a wonderful experience at Nova Urgent Health Care today. I was quickly served without any wait at 9 am on a Saturday morning. From the receptionist who greeted me, to the medical assistant who initially took me to the room and got my vitals and initial info, to the NP Mark who treated me, it all felt very professional and I never felt rushed like I have at the NBCM urgent care, where I also had a wait for a very long time to get in, and was back and forth to the waiting room several times. I felt like care was taken to diagnose my condition and explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I would highly recommend trying this place out and I will definitely plan to return if I need immediate care in the future.
