They just don't have that many options for renters more of a place to go if you're looking to buy a house.

Best realtor to go to if your moving to the Oregon coast.

Out of all the property management in the area this is probably the most Fair one you'll find because they don't demand an application fee up front and allow you to locate a place that you want to live in see it and then run the application instead of you have to pay up front

Avoid at all costs! Everything seems nice when they want your money. We were long term great renters. We began having mold problems among many other things, and requested repairs as well as help with the mold. It was not caused by us but seeping through the corners and outlets of the home. Refused to do repairs to the roof. We gave our notice because it was so bad. Cleaned the home prior to moving out as we are supposed too but could not clean or remove the mold damage that had been reported on multiple occasions. Charged us the cost of repairs and "painting it over" as well add many other issues that had been reported needing fixed around the home. Including over $33hr labor for that work. They will STEAL your deposit in the end and blame you for any and all normal wear and tear. We had practically nothing left of our $1,600.00 deposit. Reported to BBB. I own my home now but will NEVER recommend this company. Not even to enemies if i had them.

Yes they do
Don't go to them. They will take your rental application fee, and then never call you back. Every place in town is doing this to people, because it's the only thing keeping them in business. There aren't enough vacant rentals to house the community, unless you can afford $1500 per month or more. Forget about having pets, and you'd best have at least $5000 in your pocket to cover the cost of move in for most places. It's downright cruel and disgusting what rental companies and landlords are doing to people.
