I waited for over a half hour, when they finally took my card they charged me for someone else's order (twice as much as mine was), and I got all the wrong food

Went through the drive through, was blinded by the overly bright (i went through at night) order confirmation screen. Then they repeated my order back to me when I paid for it, which was wrong, so they corrected the order, and failed to put the part of my order in the bag that we talked about. The fries were scalding hot - the chicken sandwich was barely warm, and the lettuce on the sandwich tasted like it had frost bite. I'm sorry. Have a new looking building, and big order screen in the drive through doesn't make up for poor accuracy and poor quality. But, then again, its McDonald's, so its exactly what I have come to expect. Thanks for living up to the low expectations I have of your restaurant.

There was KETCUP on my burger we ordered to have pickle only!!! My blue raspberry sludge tasted like BLEACH who the HECK would ever put BLEACH in a slushie. Please never again.

It's fast, convenient and the staff is very friendly. The fries were hot and crispy, the burgers were great. Will come back again
