Absolutely the worst post office I've ever experienced! If I could give negative stars, this place would deserve it! In the 18 months I've lived here, this place has lost countless packages (close to 1 per month) and they all show delivered so there's nothing I can do. Thank goodness Amazon replaces them but some companies do not and this has cost me money. Have gone through a couple mail carries so obviously they hire those who don't pay attention or care. You try and call and it just rings and rings with no answer. You go in and there's no supervisor or post master on sight. You file a claim with the call center and you might get a call back. Something needs done! Our federal tax dollars are funding this dumpster fire! I wish I could only use just fedex or ups to get my mail!

Carrier constantly places my mail in the wrong mailbox. My mailbox is for apt. 256, the recipient of my mail is mailbox apt 255. The past (3) months my mail has been placed in apt. 255 mailbox (7) times, my mail in mailbox for apt 155 (1). Yesterday, a package I am extremely anxious to receive was scanned as delivered to my mailbox, checked it twice, no package. I tried to call the Post Office (they do not answer) and after (6-7) rings they push a button which then renders the line as busy, not so.. I tried to use the USPS tracking website, entered my information pushed submit (error, please try again). I did several times, same message. I was never able to get the website to work after submitting the (submit). That is not Post Falls but it is USPS problem. And not the first time the website malfunctioned. Concerning another's comment about unmarked white vehicles delivering mail: USPS, to cut benefits, is hiring allot of part timers to deliver mail and they do not have or use official USPS vehicles.

Once again, got notice from Amazon that package could not be delivered. Rushed to post office the morning of the day they attempted to deliver. The unfriendly counter person checked to see if the packages were there and they were. But she didn't want to give them to me because she said they can't give out packages the day they attempt to deliver. If they are in the back, why not? That means they never were on the truck to begin with. She did give them to me saying she would today. I will add that most of the counter workers are friendly, except for this person. Got the orange slip the next day saying post office couldn't deliver, so I don't think post office even attempted delivery. And why am I getting the slip after pick-up? Also said I could pick up on Sunday, a day they are closed. Management of this post office is very poor. Sometimes packages are left on top of the mailboxes and other times not delivered due to "not secure location." So why are boxes left out at the street mailboxes? Amazon gets told packages can't be delivered, but that is typically not true. Very frustrating. I wish Amazon would use a different carrier. Prime is a joke because post office cannot deliver. While I understand being short-staffed and have been very patient, I do not understand why the post office isn't more sensitive to the customer. Sometimes I have left being made to feel like it is my fault that there is an issue with the mail.

Post Falls Post Office mail carrier/deliverer always scans my packages as delivered before actually delivering packages. My packages arrive a day(s) after. “Where is my package(s)?” This is not acceptable. I am always looking for the “supposedly delivered” packages when in actuality driver still has my package(s). Management needs to correct this issue immediately!
