Although I had to get a refund, James was very courteous, both on the phone, and in person, even when I called requesting refund - when I got there, he had refund processed and paperwork ready for me. A+ customer service, will consider them for needed rentals in future.

A sod cutter. They cut an 18", are self-propelled and easily transported in a truck or small trailer. They cut about as fast as you can walk behind it.
They do have interior scaffolding. We were the company that polished the concrete at sun rental. We don't actually work there
They have just about anythy. Call for rates and availability.
