THIS PHARMACY CAN'T EVEN SPELL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived for my scheduled Covid-19 Booster and had to wait nearly an hour for the shot to be administered, even though I was their only appointment. When checking my account online 3 weeks later there was no record of my vaccination. I called the pharmacy for an explanation and I was put on hold - then the call was abruptly disconnected after holding for nearly 40 minutes. Calling Walgreens corporate for help only resulted in being referred back to this pharmacy. Very disgusting!

This pharmacy is a joke!!! The store part is great. Everyone is nice and friendly, but the pharmacy is dangerous!! The scrips are never ready when they say they will be. We had to wait 2 days for my husband's antibiotics, and his other scrip had the wrong directions, which if taken according to the bottle would have killed him. Thank God the Dr explained the directions to us before we left the office. The pharmacist with the beard is rude and lazy. If they are so far behind, why is he standing around doing things to himself that shouldn't be done in public view instead of working on the backload!!! Why is this pharmacy always short-handed when every other one is getting things done. PLEASE BE SURE TO KNOW WHAT YOURE TAKING AND HOW TO TAKE IT!! DONT TRUST THEIR WORK!!

This is the slowest, worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. The wait times is insane, the line always has 15+ people either inside or in the drive-thru. We tried using the app that they tell you will "speed up the process" and every time i need a refill it tells me there is an error and I have to "contact the pharmacy". So tried calling today and was on hold for almost 2 hours with no answer. So fed up with this place.

A shout out to my local Walgreens in Post Falls! I woke up this morning feeling extremely ill. I called your store this morning and was able to pickup a covid test, thermomitor and dog food at your pharmacy drive thru. Thank you again for helping me out.
