I have had spiders super bad this year and Chris the technician is the very best. He spent lots of time taking care of us. I don’t want anyone else doing the job. Thanks Chris!

Business is responsive and fair priced. Our Technician David is friendly and just a good guy. We trust him in and around our home. He responds quickly to our texts and requests. Very pleased with David and Croach in general.

Croach provides a great service. David Tobias is our technician. He is always prompt, courteous and very professional. He knows his job well and will answer any questions we have regarding his company’s services or bug extermination procedures. We had an infestation of cockroaches and over several applications he took care of the problem. Can’t say enough about the hood work of David and Croach.

David is a great technician and works hard to keep our pest activity to a minimum. We live in an an area surrounded by fields with mice and other critters that we’d rather keep out of our home. David is responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The initial appointment is approximately an hour, and we will need access inside the house, so request you be home. Recurring treatments generally take about half an hour most of the year and fifteen to twenty minutes during the winter. These times are estimates and can be increased by the size of your home, specific pest problems, environmental conditions, and special instructions/requests.
Your technician will brush spider webs and the beginning of wasp nests from the exterior of your home, then treat the base, around the windows, and (weather permitting) the eaves. They will ask for access to the garage to treat this area and replace glue boards. They will check access points under the house, and refill bait stations and reset traps if you have rodent service. They also granulate the yard if needed and the weather permits. If you are home, the technician will ask if you want an interior treatment. If so, they will spot treat the first floor, address, and pests you have had inside specifically. Unless you have seen something inside, it usually is safe to pass on the interior treatment, which is why you don’t have to be home for services. We do recommend and interior treatment about once a year to help strengthen the barrier.
No, but we do get rid of your pests. An exterminator treats your problem with caustic chemicals as a one-time solution, usually at a premium price. With no prevention, and the same environment, pests are bound to return, and you will have to call them again. By providing ongoing home pest control, we keep our prices lower and can use friendlier treatments.
It is normal to see an increase in activity as our products drive the pests from their hiding places. This means they are crossing the product, letting it do its work. Over the next month, you should see a reduction in activity of about 70%. Your second treatment will remove the rest of the pests.
Protecting your home is important to us. Our inspectors and technicians wear shoe covers whenever they are inside your home to prevent scuffs and stains.
Not unless you want to be or need the interior treated.
Our pest inspection is at no cost to you. Inspections for pests that require specialty treatments may have a fee. If they do, you will be told before you schedule the inspection.
Not for recurring pest control services.
In general, yes, as we use products rated for use in hospitals and animal clinics. Keep safety in mind, however. It is a good idea to keep small children and pets away from application areas until it has a chance to dry. If your service requires a more caustic product that comes with a risk, we will advise you to stay out of the home for a specified amount of time or lock the container it resides in (as in the case of rodent bait stations) to keep people and pets out. As with all chemicals, regardless of how safe they are, if you believe a member of your family has an adverse reaction, you should consult a physician or vet in the case of a pet.
The products depend on your pest problems and the severity of the infestation. You can discuss suggested products with your inspector. The exact product deployed on and around your home can be found on your service notifications and invoices.
Our goal is to get to every potential customer in 24 to 48 hours, depending on employee availability.
For our regular, recurring service, yes. Our pricing is based on one year of service, and the contract for your first year helps us keep the prices down. After a year, your service is visit to visit. For specialty pests requiring one or two services, you do not have to sign a contract.
The price for our service depends on too many variables to answer this. The size of your home, the type and extent of existing infestations and possible future pests, and frequency of service are some of the variables affecting price. We are happy to schedule an on-site inspection. Your inspector will discuss the findings and recommend services, including an accurate price at that time.
We provide home pest control with yard granulation with necessary. Trees and bushes fall outside of our service.
