The room was clean.the staff was amazing. The only complaint we had was the beds were very hard. But we would have no issues staying again.

Rooms aren't bad. Atleast ours isn't. The workers are polite. Other than the kids running the halls. Cameras everywhere in the building. So I feel safe. Only downside is the price for pets. $20 per pet per day is RIDICULOUS. Especially if your homeless. Over all, you get what you pay for. No bugs.

Positive: Very conveniently located to freeway access and restaurants. I often travel with my dogs and the motel is very close to a dog walking area at a city park. The staff was pleasant. I had a "pet room" that was very clean.

The front manager was rude. He said he has rooms available but didn't feel like giving us one. That he was the boss and he could do that. When asked why. He replied with. Because I don't feel like giving a room to you people. I was like Wow!!! Guess I will take my money somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not that I know of, other than the same rule as is everywhere. They can't be mean & they have to be upto date on all vaccinations.
